Paramount Skydance Adds Scale AI CFO Dennis K. Cinelli to Board of Directors
According To The variety Paramount Skydance has added Scale AI chief financial officer Dennis K. Cinelli to the company’s board of directors. Currently CFO at Scale AI, Cinelli was previously Uber’s head of mobility for the U.S. and Canada. Before his time at Uber, Cinelli was CFO for General Electric’s corporate venture capital business, GE Ventures. n a press release announcing his appointment to the board Tuesday, Paramount boasted about Cinelli’s “strong track record of driving execution in high-growth environments” and his “deep expertise in disruptive technologies,” as well as his “extensive experience in strategic transactions and active engagement within the AI ecosystem.” Cinelli’s addition to the Paramount board comes on the heels of the David Ellison-run Skydance closing its $8.4 billion acquisition of the company, which is the owner of brands including CBS, Nickelodeon, Paramount+, Showtime, Paramount Network, Comedy Central, and MTV, among others. “We’re thrilled to welcome Dennis to our Board,” Paramount chairman and CEO Ellison said in a statement Tuesday. “He brings a unique blend of operational expertise and financial insight, shaped by his strong track record in driving cross-functional growth and embracing emerging technologies.
